Sustainable Cities

Partners for Places is a matching grant program that builds partnerships between local place-based foundations and municipal sustainability directors in the U.S and Canada. The fund provides matching investments on a competitive basis that advances discrete sustainability initiatives and demonstrate broad based community support and engagement. The fund is co-managed by The Funder’s Network for Smart Growth and Livable Communities and the Urban Sustainability Directors Network.
