Equality for Women and Girls

Summit’s Equality for Women and Girls Program is pleased to share our November 2019 report Unlocking Possibilities for Girls.  The report describes much of our partners’ work from 2012 to the present, primarily in Mesoamerica. This includes their impressive efforts to meet adolescent sexual and reproductive health needs, enable girls to delay marriage and motherhood, increase girls’ agency and educational opportunities, engage boys and men to support girls and women, and harness the power of young people to envision a world free of gender barriers. The report also confirms that Summit will to continue our decades-long commitment to protect and promote the rights of women and girls everywhere.
