Equality for Women and Girls

Rise Up activates girls, youth, and women to transform their lives, families, and communities for a more just and equitable world by strengthening leadership, investing in local solutions, and building movements. Rise Up began by investing in 38 leaders in Guatemala and Honduras. In the past ten years, they’ve grown to a global network of over 640 Rise Up Leaders in 17 countries. Continuous learning and evaluation is a central part of Rise Up’s success. In 2019 Rise Up partnered with the Institute of International Education to conduct an  external evaluation of their impact over the previous ten years.
