The Summit Foundation strives to build partnerships and collaborations that generate greater opportunities for the populations served by our grantees. Through grantee reports, we acquire valuable information that helps shape future practices and policies and assists the Foundation in sharpening our grantmaking programs.
Required grantee reports and corresponding due dates are outlined in your current “Terms of the Grant” (i.e., grant contract). Final reports are due one month after the end of the grant period, unless specified otherwise. The final report is a cumulative, comprehensive examination of the entire grant period.
For most projects we support, we also collect periodic Board Update Reports to keep our Trustees informed of progress in the field. We appreciate those very much. You will find the due dates for the Board Update Reports on your current Terms of the Grant.
As you proceed with your Summit-funded project, we recommend that you review the Final Report narrative questions we provided at the start of your grant period so you will be prepared to answer them when the grant period ends.
If you are a current Summit grantee and have reporting questions, please contact Jamie Amagai, Grants Administrator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For current grantees only: If you plan to submit a grant renewal request, please check with your program officer for due dates and application requirements at least three months prior to the end of your current grant period.
Grant proposals from non-grantees are accepted by invitation only.
